What constitutes pain and suffering in a Florida auto accident case?

Transcript

Pain and suffering depends on largely how hurt the person was. If the person was hurt to the point they needed surgery, obviously their pain and suffering is much greater. If the individual needed things like injections to alleviate pain, that pain is much worse than having for example perhaps physical therapy only. It depends largely on the type of medical treatment the individual received, as well as the length of the treatment. How long did the client have to go and have treatment? All of those indicators are how much pain and suffering did the individual have to undergo in a particular accident.
